Light of My Life
This lamp at my mother's house has always fascinated me. It arrived as several flat strips of plastic, which I had to assemble in order to form the spherical shape. It stands at the desk I use to create art and has long served me as inspiration for experimenting with unusual forms, which is why I wanted to record its geometry on paper. The other objects were all found around that desk, making this piece a representation of my creative environment and what I need to be successful.
